Fantastic and unique French  Musical Theater workshop  . We will study this magical Fairytale of Charles Perrault (“The Sleeping Beauty”,“Little Red Riding Hood”,”Cinderella”…)and the amazing cinematographic adaptation directed by  Jacques Demy. This French musical film is also known by the English titles Once Upon a Time and The Magic Donkey. This French realisator knew how to bring you in a beautiful adventure with famous Catherine Deneuve and Jean Marais. Donkey Skin also proved to be Demy’s biggest success in France with more 2 millions admissions. Our inspiration of singing will be inspired by  Michel Legrand ‘s Music.

Core Theater : A french theater experience for students with or without prior theater training. All students are cast in the play.In this process-based Conservatory, the students will also design, help with the props, sets, costumes,tickets, and programs as they engage in and learn about every aspect of live theater.

“Une féerie sans égal !”  Fascinated by Charles Perrault’s fairy tale since her childhood, Delphine assure you to bring you in a magical experience with your children. She is working on this production since her Special Peau d’Ane Summer Camp 2011 and 2012.

Eleanor’s Secret (original French title Kérity, la maison des contes) is a 2009 Franco-Italian animated feature film directed by Dominique Montfery. It won the special distinction prize at the 2010 Annecy International Animated Film Festival .

Story : The seven-year-old hero, Nathaniel, is not a confident reader. When his eccentric old aunt Eleanor dies, she leaves her house to his parents and her huge book collection to the young boy. Nathaniel discovers that the books shelter all the heroes found in children’s literature. Among them are Alice in Wonderland, Puss in Boots, Pinocchio and Little Red Riding Hood and they are counting on him for protection: if they leave the library, they will disappear along with their stories forever. When his parents start selling off the books, Nathaniel is shrunk by the evil witch Carabosse and must brave everything to save his miniature friends.
